How does it work?
Each session is led by a qualified therapist who facilitates discussions and ensures everyone feels heard and respected. You will have the opportunity to share your thoughts, ask questions, and receive constructive feedback. We offer five sessions, each lasting up to 120 minutes and taking place in the evening.
