Charbel Michel Ibrahim
M.A., Couple and family therapist and psychotherapist
Welcome to a space where your well-being and your relationships are at the heart of every meeting. Charbel Michel Ibrahim is an M.A.-level couple and family therapist and a licensed psychotherapist, practising in Montréal, Laval and Pierrefonds. He supports individuals and couples facing relationship difficulties, conflict, anxiety, communication issues or attachment wounds.
His warm, global and holistic approach addresses the emotional, cognitive, relational and physical dimensions of each person. Drawing on solution-focused brief therapy, he helps clarify needs, emotions and relational patterns to promote lasting change and emotional well-being, adapting to each person's pace and goals.
Specializing in supporting couples, he helps them navigate conflict, rebuild trust and improve communication within a safe, structured space. He also offers online therapy for those seeking flexible and confidential support.
Services are offered exclusively in French, Italian and Arabic, in person and online.

Emmanuelle Bourgault
Family, couple and parenting coach — helping-relationship practitioner
A former special education teacher at the secondary level, now a helping-relationship practitioner and future bachelor's graduate in social work, Emmanuelle is passionate about the helping relationship and about people. Having worked in youth centres, social work agencies, schools and private psychology clinics over the past few years, Emmanuelle has accumulated experience in intervention and does not hesitate to pursue further training in order to better support her clientele through humanistic approaches that meet their needs. Gentleness, empathy, active listening, empowerment and the co-construction of interventions and of the practitioner-client relationship are at the heart of her work. She will be delighted to support you and to bring a little light into your daily life.

Ph.D., helping-relationship therapist (RITMA, MARA certified)
Mariane Sawan, Ph.D., member of the RITMA Association (no. 7539) and MARA certified, offers helping-relationship therapy services in person or virtually to people wishing to undertake a personalized support process. She is governed by a code of ethics that can be consulted at the meeting location or sent by email upon request. Mariane uses different approaches to adapt or create solutions to everyday problems, aiming at self-understanding and effective decision-making. Her skills will support you through your troubles, your problems, your challenges, anxieties and other difficulties.
